Russian seaports’ cargo traffic rises 5.6% to 68 mln tns in Jan

MOSCOW, Feb 11 (PRIME) -- The cargo traffic of Russian seaports increased 5.6% on the year to 67.61 million tonnes in January, the Federal Agency for Sea and Inland Water Transport said in a statement on Monday.

Handling of dry cargoes went up 0.3% to 28.19 million tonnes, while handling of liquid bulk cargoes increased 9.8% to 39.42 million tonnes.
